Corning Announces Commercial Agreement with HighRes Biosolutions
Corning Incorporated announced the signing of a commercial agreement with HighRes Biosolutions Inc. to develop consumables to meet the needs of medium-to high-throughput screening customers. HighRes Biosolutions is a manufacturer of high-end automation for high-throughput screening (HTS). Under the terms of the agreement, a newly developed, next generation consumable will be manufactured and sold exclusively through Corning, but co-marketed by both companies. This product is expected to be available the first quarter of 2009.
