Eurofins expands its laboratory network further
In the last few weeks, several mid-size companies joined Eurofins in Germany, Italy and France. They include the loss-making French branch of the Alcontrol laboratory group. In total, these acquisitions shall contribute about EUR 20 million annual revenues to Eurofins' sales and should be accretive to earnings from 2008 onwards. Eurofins intends to update its guidance when it releases its third quarter results on November 15.
