Tasked with writing an early blog on why Malvern Instruments has elected to embrace social media, Product Group Manager Paul Kippax said: “I found myself researching “How to win friends and influence people” by Dale Carnegie, because – in the true spirit of social media transparency - that is what I’d like to achieve.
