VIAFLO Corporation and INTEGRA Biosciences enter into Strategic Partnership
INTEGRA Biosciences AG and Viaflo Corp. announced a strategic partnership. INTEGRA Biosciences and the founders of Viaflo, the companies have decided to join their forces in the US Market. Beginning August 1st, Viaflo will undertake all sales and marketing activities for the INTEGRA Biosciences product range in the US market.
Elmar Morscher, CEO of INTEGRA Biosciences said "the long lasting friendship between the founders of Viaflo and the INTEGRA Group, Viaflo's in-depth knowledge of the US Market for Laboratory Instruments, their knowledge about our products, let alone their organizational structure with a strong and focused sales and marketing team are the ideal precondition for further strengthening the market presence of INTEGRA Biosciences in the US." He added "The products of INTEGRA Biosciences complement Viaflo's product range of innovative high quality and user friendly liquid handling systems".
