Particle measuring equipment:
ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT
Particle size distribution? Keep it simple! Modular laser particle sizer for wet and dry measurement
Fritsch GmbH
Unbeatably priced particle size analyzer with a unique measuring range from 0.01 - 3800 µm
Powerful dispersion units - practically wear-free and maintenance-free & residue-free cleaning
Whole measuring process extremely flexible to program via SOPs and a measuring time typically < 1 minute
Save money and hassle: practically maintenance-free dispersion units without soiling, without wear
The ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT offers an efficient solution for particle size analysis in production and quality control as well as in research and development. The system is available in two model variants, which differ in design and measuring range.
Two models for different requirements
The ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT Micro works with one light source and one detector and measures particle sizes from 0.5 to 1500 μm robustly and reliably. For more advanced requirements, the ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT Nano offers a significantly extended measuring range thanks to an additional detector system. The intelligent arrangement enables the detection of larger scattering angles in both the lateral and backward directions. This achieves a lower measurement limit of 0.01 μm while simultaneously increasing the upper measurement limit to 3800 μm.
Versatile application possibilities
The laser diffraction system is suitable for analyzing a wide variety of materials: suspensions, powdered solids, and emulsions. Both water-soluble and non-water-soluble materials can be examined. Even challenging samples such as highly agglomerating, poorly flowing, or sticky materials, as well as substances with a lower density than water, can be reliably analyzed.
Additional measurement parameters for wet dispersion
During wet dispersion, the system records additional parameters such as temperature and pH value in addition to particle size distribution. This function enables a more comprehensive characterization of the sample and contributes to process optimization.
Modular concept for maximum flexibility
The ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT follows a smart modular design. Users only invest in the components they currently need and can adapt the system to growing measurement tasks at any time. Modules can be added flexibly, while the portfolio is continuously being developed. This design combines state-of-the-art measurement technology with economic efficiency and enables particularly easy operation and cleaning.
