Agar Scientific announces management changes
Agar Scientific announced the immediate appointment of Steve Woodland as Managing Director with current MD, Dr Lynne Joyce moving to a new role as Director of Market Development where she will focus on technology, product development and customer relationships. This strengthening of the management team at Agar will focus on business development as the company moves forward with increased products and services.
Steve Woodland brings a wealth of experience in general management, sales & marketing, catalogue distribution through working with a number of UK and international companies. These have included positions at Lancaster Synthesis, Haarmann & Reimer and Sigma Aldrich. Most recently, he has run a consultancy company assisting a number of international organisations providing specialist R&D products.
