SGS appoints new Chief Financial Officer
Richard J. Tobin, currently Chief Financial Officer of SGS, has resigned his position in order to join CNH Global N.V. (Case New Holland) based in Chicago, IL, USA.
The Board of Directors expresses its gratitude and recognition for his tenure, first as COO North America, then as Group CFO, and wishes him every success in his new role.
Geraldine Matchett, currently Group Finance Controller, is appointed Chief Financial Officer for the Group.
A Chartered Accountant, Geraldine holds a Masters degree in Sustainable Development from Cambridge University. Before joining SGS in 2004, Geraldine held positions of increasing responsibility with KPMG in London as well as with Deloitte & Touche in Geneva.
