Short heat-up times and reliable temperature control for external applications thanks to high heating power

The MAGIO MX-2500F is a refrigerated circulator for demanding external laboratory applications. With an operating temperature range of -50 to 200 °C, a cooling capacity of 2.57 kW at 20 °C, and a heating capacity of 3 kW, it covers a wide range of temperature control tasks — all while featuring a compact design.

Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly

The MAGIO MX-2500F refrigerated circulator unit operates with a natural, environmentally friendly refrigerant and has been designed with energy efficiency as a top priority. In many application scenarios, this enables operating cost savings of up to 70% — which significantly accelerates the payback on the initial investment while making a measurable contribution to climate protection.

Precise temperature control via Intelligent Cascade Control

The integrated Intelligent Cascade Control automatically and self-optimizingly adjusts the PID control parameters. The result: a temperature stability of ±0.01 °C within the bath and an external stability of ±0.05 °C — even under dynamically changing process conditions. This makes the MAGIO MX-2500F particularly suitable for precision-critical applications in research and quality control.

Powerful Pump and Flexible Connection Options

The continuously adjustable pressure and suction pump delivers a flow rate of 16 to 31 L/min at a discharge pressure of 0.24 to 0.92 bar and a suction pressure of 0.03 to 0.4 bar. All parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel. Integrated pump connections (M16×1) and Stakei plug sockets for cooling water solenoid valves enable straightforward integration into existing process structures.

Intuitive Operation and Extensive Connectivity

The large, high-resolution TFT touchscreen display with a multilingual user interface offers three predefined main screens for different application focuses. The menu navigation is self-explanatory and structured according to relevance in everyday laboratory work. USB, Ethernet, RS232, and Modbus TCP/IP are fully integrated for remote control, data management, and data integration. An external Pt100 connection and an integrated programmer further expand the range of applications. Class III (FL) certification according to DIN 12876-1 allows operation even with flammable liquids; automatic shut-off functions in case of overtemperature or low liquid level are also integrated.
