Circulating thermostats for demanding temperature control tasks must be precise, robust, and easy to use. The DYNEO DD-BC6 heating circulator from JULABO meets these requirements with an working temperature range of +20 °C to +200 °C, temperature stability of ±0.01 °C, and a powerful pressure pump — all housed in a compact enclosure measuring 24 × 44 × 47 cm.
Precise Temperature Control for Internal and External Applications
The circulation bath can be easily switched between internal and external circulation, covering a wide range of applications. For temperature control tasks near or below ambient temperature, a cooling coil or a JULABO immersion chiller can be used. The integrated cooling coil for counter-cooling has an outer diameter of 9.5 mm.
Powerful Pump and Generous Bath Volume
The continuously adjustable pressure pump can be flexibly adapted to different applications and delivers a flow rate of up to 27 l/min at a pressure of up to 0.7 bar. The usable fill volume of 6 to 7.5 liters and the bath opening of 13 × 15 cm with a depth of 20 cm provide ample space for various temperature control tasks. The integrated drain valve facilitates clean and convenient emptying of the bath.
Intuitive Operation and Versatile Connectivity
The unit is easy to operate using the central rotary knob—turn, press, done. The clear, multilingual user interface with a 3.5-inch TFT color display further simplifies daily work. Additional features include:
- Automated temperature profiles for reproducible processes thanks to the integrated programmer
- Precise temperature monitoring directly at the application via an external Pt100 connection
- Easy data exchange and convenient process documentation via USB
- Flexible integration into existing systems via optional RS232 or analog interfaces
Ergonomic design and high-quality insulation
Ergonomic handles at the front and rear facilitate transport and repositioning of the unit in everyday laboratory use. The bath tank features high-quality thermal insulation, which contributes to energy efficiency and temperature stability. The heating capacity is 2 kW.
