VALEGRO 500

The VALEGRO 500 recirculating coolers from JULABO delivers a constant cooling capacity of 0.5 kW at 20 °C across an operating temperature range of -20 to +40 °C — with a temperature stability of ±0.3 °C. This makes it suitable for demanding temperature control tasks in laboratories, research, and production alike. The refrigeration circuit uses an environmentally friendly, natural refrigerant.

Focus on User-Friendliness

The ergonomically angled OLED touchscreen is easy to read and intuitive to use. The full-text menu navigation (German/English) allows for quick access to all functions. Warnings and system messages appear in clear, easy-to-understand language. The illuminated liquid level indicator is easy to clean, and the venting grid can be removed without tools — both features significantly simplify day-to-day maintenance. Integrated casters allow for flexible positioning on and under the lab bench.

Flexible Pump Performance and Process Control

The powerful pressure pump is infinitely adjustable in individual percentage increments and achieves a maximum delivery pressure of 0.85 bar at a flow rate of up to 19 l/min. The filling volume ranges from 1.5 to 3 L. Useful features such as an advanced timer function with start and end time scheduling (date and time), autostart, and data logging improve process monitoring and increase efficiency.

Connectivity and Integration

USB-C and RS232 interfaces are integrated as standard and located directly below the front display. An optional Ethernet interface enables integration into network environments and full access to all device functions via a PC. The compact dimensions of 23.5 × 45 × 45 cm (W × D × H) allow it to blend seamlessly into existing work environments.
