Bruker Daltonics' Chemical Agent and Radiation Detector selected for Wheeled Armored Vehicles of the Czech Army
Bruker Daltonics announced a $4.0 million contract award for its RAID-XP man-portable chemical agent and radiation detector from Steyr-Daimler-Puch Spezialfahrzeug GmbH. The instruments will be integrated into Steyr's Pandur wheeled armored vehicles to be delivered to the Czech Army. The primary mission of the instruments, which will be delivered over a period of several years, is the protection of crew members against chemical agents and gamma radiation.
