Perten Instrument forms fully owned subsidiary in China
Perten Instruments Beijing, a fully owned trading company, has been formed to replace the present representation office Perten Instrument (ASIA) Ltd. The company will have the same trading conditions as Chinese companies and will enable us to fully serve our customers in China.
China's recent entry in the World Trade Organization (WTO) has made it possible for a company to set up a fully owned subsidiary in China, and Perten Instruments has now completed all steps.
