With the subboiling distillation systems subPUR, duoPUR, subCLEAN AC, and traceCLEAN, you can effortlessly prepare solvents and reaction vessels for ultra-trace analysis.

MLS offers special evaporation and distillation systems (subboiling) for acid purification. For special requirements, two separate columns can be operated in parallel in the duoPUR unit.

This enables the simultaneous distillation of two different acids or the dual distillation of one acid for the highest demands or extreme requirements, such as trace elements in Antarctic ice.

With subboiling systems, the new RF technology additionally achieves up to 30% higher efficiency in distillation performance and purity.

For safe operation even with aggressive solvents, all systems can be automatically filled and cleaned without opening the distillation units.

Built-in safety switches interrupt the power supply in case of overheating. The multiply insulated housing of the subCLEAN-AC units allows placement outside the fume hood, thus saving valuable space.

Thanks to the PTFE housing, you can effortlessly distill even hydrofluoric acid.
