Vistant Enters Into Exclusive Global Agreement With Sigma-Aldrich to Provide Vistant Automation Technology

Vistant Corporation, a Cardinal Health company and leader in point-of-use automation systems, has signed an exclusive global agreement with Sigma-Aldrich Corp.. Under the agreement, Sigma-Aldrich will exclusively provide Vistant automated systems for use at major Sigma-Aldrich customer sites in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and academic sectors. Sigma-Aldrich will offer Vistant technology to its extensive customer base to control and manage inventories of chemicals and supplies and to reduce costs. Vistant automated supply storage and dispensing machines automate reordering, help to eliminate mission-critical stock-outs, and help to reduce inventory.
