Meerstetter Engineering's TEC controllers enable highly stable temperature control with an accuracy of < 0.01 °C and support common sensors such as PT100/1000, NTC, voltage sensors, and thermocouples. They supply bipolar DC current, operate with an efficiency of > 90%, and feature functions such as auto-tuning of PID parameters, Peltier aging diagnosis, graphical data visualization, fan control, and more. USB, RS485, RS232, CANopen, and the MeCom protocol are available for system integration. Various models for different output levels as well as single and dual-channel versions ensure maximum flexibility in a wide range of applications.

The software included in the price of the TEC controller provides a powerful environment for configuration, monitoring, and analysis. The intuitive flowchart interface makes operation easy, while graphical representations of temperature, current, and voltage, as well as logging and CSV export, enable comprehensive documentation. This is complemented by tooltips for all parameters, integrated diagnostic functions, table- and script-based sequences for stand-alone operation (e.g., PCR cycling), a Python interface, and suitable LabVIEW software. Optional software features such as temperature estimator, cascade temperature control, and driver channel splitting extend the functionality of the TEC controllers as needed.

Meerstetter Engineering supports projects throughout the entire development process — from selecting the right device to initial prototypes and customer-specific integration to series production. For OEM and laboratory environments, customer-specific modifications and the adoption of circuit diagrams and design elements can also be offered to achieve optimal solutions.
