Working with HPLC systems generates solvent waste on a daily basis, which can pollute the laboratory environment. Open or inadequately secured collection containers often lead to escaping vapors, unpleasant odors and potential health hazards for personnel. A consistently closed disposal cycle is therefore crucial to ensure a clean, safe and professional working environment.

The system ensures exactly that: it forms a completely sealed cycle - from removal at the appliance to safe collection in the 5 liter collection containers. A second exchange container is recommended as an option. Harmful vapors remain trapped, the air quality in the laboratory is noticeably improved and employees are effectively protected in daily operations without any additional effort.

Precise hose routing plays a key role in ensuring high process stability. Fittings, stepped olives and the sophisticated distributor body ensure that hoses and capillaries can be connected clearly and reliably without kinks. Spent eluents are directed into the designated collection containers in a controlled manner - leaks are prevented, cleaning effort is reduced and processes remain predictable. The result: quiet, trouble-free laboratory operation, allowing teams to concentrate fully on their analyses.

Equally important is uncomplicated integration into the existing laboratory environment. The system can be quickly and easily integrated into all Sonation HPLC tables and QE tables. Accessory strips, pull-out rails and specially manufactured mounting gauges facilitate installation and ensure precise alignment. This means that the workflow remains virtually unaffected during set-up.

As laboratories have very different requirements, three coordinated bundles - Basic, Advanced and Pro - are available. They cover a wide range of safety and convenience requirements. In addition, Sonation offers customized variants that can be developed together with the customer. Examples include side bottle holders, special hose guides or individual attachment points that are perfectly tailored to the respective laboratory situation. The result is a system that not only adapts, but also creates optimum working conditions.
