KNAUER AZURA HPLC systems offer a choice of isocratic, binary high-pressure gradient (HPG) or quaternary low-pressure gradient (LPG) pumps, with interchangeable pump heads for flow rates up to 10 ml/min at 862 or 1000 bar up to 2 ml/min. A binary high-pressure gradient pump with adaptive pulsation compensation is available for ultra-fast and high-resolution applications. The autosampler allows sample aspiration of 0.1 μl at max. 1240 bar without sample loss. Available high-sensitivity UVD, MWD, DAD, or RID detectors provide intelligent temperature control, and there is a wide range of available flow cells, including remote cells.
