Die Köttermann Group appoints Joerg Hoffmann as CEO
Experienced industry leader set to drive growth and innovation across expanding markets
Setting the course for the future, the Köttermann Group, which owns the companies Köttermann, Labflex and Lab Concept and is a member of the BHM Group, has announced the appointment of Joerg Hoffmann as Chief Executive Officer. He will assume the CEO roles for the Köttermann Group as well as for Köttermann GmbH, headquartered in Hänigsen, Germany, with effect from 8 January 2026. In his new position, he complements the existing management team consisting of Marek Krsek, Kazim Doyuran and Jens Buchholz, contributing his extensive international leadership experience to the company’s strategic development.
By expanding its management structure, Köttermann is deliberately strengthening its organisation to support further growth and to systematically address the increasing complexity of international projects. This step forms part of a long-term development strategy designed to prepare the company consistently for future market requirements.
Joerg Hoffmann joins Köttermann with more than ten years of leadership experience in the laboratory industry and more than 25 years of executive management roles with global market leaders, including positions in Germany, China and North America. His professional focus has consistently been on customer-focused strategies and solutions, sustainable growth, innovation and the development of high-performing teams.
