Unilabs acquires a laboratory in Switzerland28 Jan 2008 - Unilabs announced that it has completed the acquisition of a clinical laboratory with annual revenues of approximately CHF 1.3 million. The laboratory is located in the Basel area, a location where the Company is already providing services to a private hospital. This acquisition, which is effective January 1, 2008, strengthens the presence of Unilabs in northwest Switzerland.Additional information
