Dr Simon Carrington is International Business Director of the Year 200728 Sep 2007 - More than 700 of the North West's business elite gathered together at the IoD North West Director of the Year Awards where Dr Simon Carrington of Farfield Scientific Ltd. won the coveted Institute of Directors title "International Business Director of the Year". Simon's award was presented by Clive Drinkwater, Director of UKTI.Sir Trevor McDonald OBE hosted the awards at the City of Manchester Stadium.
