Avantes has expanded the world-wide Sales and Service network with a new subsidiary: Avantes China

To meet the demands for the increasing market in the Far East, Avantes BV - Netherlands is expanding its Sales and Service capacity with a subsidiary in Chaoyang District Beijing, China: Avantes China.
This shalll enable Avantes to serve the Chinese customers locally fast and to increase market penetration with their product range of Fiber Optic Spectroscopy. Henry Zhang, managing director of Avantes China started in 2003 as an Avantes reseller and became Avantes distributor in 2004. Before Mr. Zhang became an Avantes reseller he served 4 years as sales and marketing director in Coherent China. Mr. Zhang holds a Doctor's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology.
