This basic training deals with the fundamental aspects of communication, motivation and talking skills all of which are tested and exercised in practical scenarios.
Target Group
All people who want to elevate their behaviour to a more conscious and successful level when interacting with their communication partners by personal growth in the fields of perception, listening, information transfer, question trechniques, identification of needs, negotiation; especially those working in external or internal "customer-supplier relationships" and those whose personal and professional accomplishments depend on communications and talking skills.
Objectives
* To win basic knowledge and skills of successful communication. * Personal growth in the fields of perception, listening, information transfer, question techniques, identification of needs and negotiation.
Topics include
Bio-logical aspects
* Brain structure and stress hormones; * fight- and flight-reactions; * right and left hemisphere; * positive and negative motivation; * objections and pretexts; * assumptions.
Psycho-logical aspects:
* Level of content, level of relationship, meta-level; * aspects of a message; * the individual and need structures; * self-esteem; * perception of reality and frustration; * mistakes and the search for a scapegoat; * objectives, their formulation, and success; * "I"-messages, open and closed questions as bridges into the island of another
Logical aspects:
* The strategic communication level; * asking techniques instead of stating techniques; * negation; * informative "no's" and decisive "no's"; * the "why" questions; * the "assuming" questions;
