Products
Main products of the iCD are the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS) LABS/Q^® and the VALIDAT software for the validation of analytical methods according to ICH, USP, DIN, ISO. Additional software solutions are the DoE based LABS/R software for the automated optimization of chemical syntheses and galenic developments which is based on LABS/Q^® as well as the SAP middleware LABS/QM for the connection of SAP™ PLM / QM to the level of laboratory instruments. Especially for smaller service laboratories we additionally offer the Sample Master^® LIMS of our US Partner Accelerated Technology Laboratories Inc.

LABS/Q®
The LABS/Q^® LIMS offers an integrated and also cross-functional platform for large-scale and medium-sized enterprise labs and is especially designed for the requirements of Pharma & Biotech as well as Chem & Petrochem, Automotive and Food & Beverages companies, and related contract laboratories. It represents a freely scalable and highly flexible out-of-the box LIMS with integrated DMS that includes an enormous library of functions and predefined workflows.

Due to the modular design it can easily be expanded in functionality on demand by the addition of five modules including a DoE-based module for optimization of chemical synthesis and galenic developments, and modules for stability studies, instruments and calibration management, sanitation & environmental control and OOS & OOT as well, thus offering omnibus functionality for R&D, manufacturing and in-process control, QA/QC, and environmental protection on one single platform.

VALIDAT
Validation of the analytical methods is a basic precondition for every analytical laboratory, and a prerequisite especially for GxP and ISO 17025 regulated laboratories. VALIDAT guides you safely through the planning, execution and evaluation process steps. Thus you will save a better part of your previous work and at the same time you will fulfill regulations of DIN, ISO, USP and ICH.

LABS/R
For a more efficient product development we have designed a recipe information and management system (RIMS) on basis of the LABS/Q^® LIMS which allows the DoE based automated optimization of chemical syntheses and galenic developments.

LABS/QM
For the first time this middleware allows to connect any analytical instrument and device directly to the SAP™ PLM / QM, in compliance with a GxP/FDA compliant workflow. Because a manual input of data is widely unnecessary, the possibility of errors will be reduced, and the degree of automation in the laboratory will be increased significantly. This will account for an enhancement of efficiency of the employees, and reduce overall business costs by increasing the automation level in the laboratory and enterprise.

Sample Master^® LIMS
This is 100% Windows^® compatible LIMS for smaller and mid-size contract laboratories using Oracle^® or Microsoft SQL Server as the backend database system. Sample Master^® is designed modularly, providing a maximum of flexibility within all components to the user. It provides all functions and workflows to fulfill many security levels, control kind and size of access of the users to certain parts of the software.

Further products are the XCARDS software, a tool for the handling of quality control charts, the LabCost^® software for the evaluation of counting costs for laboratory processes according to the ABC method, and LabCos^®, a software for recipe management, recipe optimization and quality control especially designed for the cosmetic industry.
