Sievers InnovOx Laboratory TOC Analyzer for routine and challenging industrial process, environmental, and wastewater sample measurement

If you measure total organic carbon (TOC) in industrial process, environmental, or wastewater samples, you have probably encountered difficult sample matrices. GE Analytical Instruments designed the Sievers InnovOx Laboratory TOC Analyzer to handle your most challenging TOC samples - including brine, humic acid, and cellulose - with unprecedented uptime. The simple, robust, and affordable Sievers InnovOx offersunmatched oxidation robustness, dynamic linear working range, and calibration curve stability, along with low maintenance.

The Sievers InnovOx uses a patented Supercritical Water Oxidation (SCWO) technique to achieve superior TOC recoveries regardless of organic compounds and particulate impurities in the sample. This unique process also removes oxidation byproducts and sample between each analytical run, eliminating frequent maintenance and expensive catalyst replacement.

The InnovOx features an enhanced Non-Dispersive Infra Red (NDIR) design with a dynamic detection range of 0.5 to 50,000 ppm. It measures Total Carbon (TC), Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), and Non-Purgeable Organic Carbon (NPOC).

The Sievers InnovOx has a Web interface for remote monitoring, an intuitive touch-screen display, and USB ports. The InnovOx is easy to set up and operate and requires no external carrier gas. Preventive maintenance is recommended every 6 months, and alibration is typically stable for 6 months.

For high-volume sampling requirements, the InnovOx Laboratory integrates with the GE Autosampler, which can run up toup to 120 samples tubes and up to 63 40-mL or 60-mL vials in one protocol. It has unparalleled needle-to-position accuracy, and comes with a needle rinse station. It is available with an optional stirring device to ensure homogeneous samples for the InnovOx.
