Upchurch Scientific® Very High Pressure (VHP) Fittings and Connectors
All Fittings pressure rated up to 30.000 psi (2.068 bar) with an excellent performance up to 100 ºC and designed to prevent dead volume. Patent-pending design allows quick and easy installation and up to ten repeat assembly cycles with no damage to the tubing and no impact on pressure holding ability or carry-over.
Tightening requires low torque which helps eliminate galling and port damage. All the VHP Fittings are made of 316 Stainless Steel and proprietary Peek™ polymer blend. Maximum Operating Pressure: 30.000 psi (2.068 bar).
Rheodyne® UHPLC Valves: TitanHT
TitanHT™ Ultra-High Performance Valves are versatile, multi-position valves designed to meet the needs of very high pressure, fast chromatography applications, as well as demanding nano-scale and semi-preperative applications. This platform is equipped with a highly durable, advanced polymer actuator capable of millions of actuations. The TitanHT incorporates Rheodyne’s unique Rapid Replacement Pod design. Maximum Operating Pressure: 25.000 psi (1.723 bar).
UHPLC Check Valves
UHPLC Check valves help create and sustain the required system pressures within the fluidic circuit. When connected to a UHPLC pump, a check valve reliably prevents solvents or fluids from flowing backwards into the valve or the system, causing contamination and unacceptable fluctuations in pressure and flow. Check valve cartridge and assembly components can be made out of a variety of materials such as stainless steel, titanium, PEEK™ and Kel-F®. Maximum Operating Pressure: 30,000 psi (2,068 bar).

The IsoBar column platform delivers a leak-proof, reliable, all-metal design with high strength threaded end fittings to meet critical system operation requirements.
