Optimally matched components form the basis for high-resolution biochromatography. High-performance LC systems combined with high-resolution glass columns allow far better and faster protein separations than before.

The high resolution and speed are achieved by pressure-resistant glass columns which can withstand pressures up to 100 bar and the specially reinforced BioFox^® agarose high-performance separation media. The packed columns feature higher plate numbers than typical glass columns. The separation media are available for SEC, IEC, IMAC and AC.

An optimized technique for packing the glass columns with pressure not only saves time in preparation, but also results in higher quality of the column bed for superior separation performance.

Bioline liquid chromatography systems are very compact and can be operated in a normal laboratory without a cold room due to its unique benchtop cooling concept. This saves valuable laboratory space and operating costs.
