Special features

PIRO^® is a space wonder

On a small 600 x 515 x 470 mm bench top workspace the PIRO^® provides 16 deck positions (12 x SBS standard plate positions and 4 x tube rack positions). A vast amount of tube formats including 384-well plates to even up to 50 ml tubes can be handled by the PIRO^® using a range of pipetting tips (50 μl, 200 μl, 1000 μl).

Safety first

Active pipetting control through "liquid level sensing" is completed by tip picking control and tip ejecting control. High sophisticated pipetting routines ensure liquid transfers without droplets. Deck-sterilisation through the option of an inbuilt UV-light provides upmost safety from any cross contamination.
